Map Errors on Site

If you notice a map is incorrect on our site, please post on this board and include the:

- Event Name

- Event Date

- Link to the event on our site

- A link to a correct map (if you have one)

We will report all issues to our Mapping team but due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board. 

We ask that you refrain from doubling up on requests by posting here and private messaging us if you haven't received a response. 

Rest assured, if it's being posted here, it is being reported right away.

Our mapping team works in order of event date which can cause delays with resolution but we appreciate your patience as we work to get all of these fixes completed right away.

How are my Requests prioritized?	Requests are algorithmically prioritized by inventory levels, historical sales data and proximity to the event date.

The floor section for this show is General Admission Standing.  The only way to currently list tickets is General Admission Seated. All floor seats currently listed as General Admission seated are incorrect.

The following two shows have the wrong Floor sections labeled.  Floor 102 is in the CENTER.  There is no Floor 100.  The Floor area is Floor 101 on the right, Floor 102 in the center, and Floor 103 on the left.  Please see show info on Ticketmaster link also below.

Hi,

Per the instructions above, I am submitting an appropriate issue here:

"What can I submit?"  "Listing(s) not mapping. . . ." 

I have 2 Texas Rangers parking tickets that show up in the Listings column but do not show up for buyers when they click on the tickets’ lots. Please make it so that buyers will see the tickets when clicking on the corresponding lots. In this case, one of my "not-mapping" tickets is in Lot R, and one is in Lot Q.

There is no link to a correct map. StubHub's map is correct. It's just that when buyers click on Lot R or Q, my listings do not show up as available. They are, however, in the Listings column.

You have the wrong map for this for this event. I have contacted you several times about this and was told each time it would be updated within days.  You need to show the map that allows sellers to sell RESERVED Pit ticks.  You have the map with the Pit showing correctly for other events at this venue.

Peace Concert Hall at The Peace Center for the Performing Arts - Complex, South Carolina, USA

I have Pit tickets that I would like to see for this event and I can pick both the Zone and Section but from there I cannot enter the row and seat information.  Please fix this.
