If you notice a map is incorrect on our site, please post on this board and include the:

- Event Name

- Event Date

- Link to the event on our site

- A link to a correct map (if you have one)

We will report all issues to our Mapping team but due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board. 

We ask that you refrain from doubling up on requests by posting here and private messaging us if you haven't received a response. 

Rest assured, if it's being posted here, it is being reported right away.

Our mapping team works in order of event date which can cause delays with resolution but we appreciate your patience as we work to get all of these fixes completed right away.

What can I submit?	Map design errors Incorrect text labels on the map itself Listing(s) not mapping or mapping to wrong section No map on site Wrong map on site
What should I NOT submit?	Wrong event name, venue, date, time (Post these here) Missing events on-site (See instructions here) Requests regarding seller comments
Will I get a follow up?	No, all requests are reported automatically.
How are my Requests prioritized?	Requests are algorithmically prioritized by inventory levels, historical sales data and proximity to the event date.

I have been trying to get this issue resolved with support for over a month with no luck.

This issue pertains to the Hans Zimmer concert at the Oakland Arena on 10/9/24. The seat map for section 108 does not accurately reflect how the rows are structured for that venue. In section 108 at this venue the first row in the section is actually row A4, followed by row A5, and then row 1 which is actually the third row in the section. I notice on your website for this listing if you sort the section by row number the first tickets shown are row 1, followed by row 2 - Both of which are advertised as "front of section" Meanwhile, rows A4 and A5 are filtered all the way to the bottom giving buyers the perception that they are the worst rows in the section when they are in fact rows 1 & 2. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I think it is not only misleading to the buyers, but also puts sellers holding row A4 and A5 tickets at a significant disadvantage as their row 1/row 2 tickets are being misrepresented on your website. I know that section 108 is not the only section of this venue where this issue is present but since I have row A5 tickets listed for section 108 I have been monitoring this situation closely.
