I sold 4 tickets on May 3rd, 2024 that were mobile transfer tickets. I sent the transfer request on that same day, May 3rd, 2024. The transfer request was accepted by the buyer that same day, May 3rd, 2024. Now I am getting an email from StubHub saying that the buyer is having a problem accessing the tickets. The email is asking me to re-transfer the tickets?? .... I already transferred the tickets and the buyer accepted them, therefore I can not re-transfer them.
Reply to the email with screenshots of two emails: 1.showing you transferred, and 2. showing they accepted.
