Thanks. Yeah, I'm aware of the support line. I did call them, but usually have issues and end up getting charged when I relist tickets from stubhub, sell them, and then the seller doesn't deliver them. Always ends up getting fixed, but I have to make a bunch of phone calls and usually spend 1 hour + on the phone to fix it after the fact. Just was requesting help here to try and avoid that even though I reported everything via the phone line.
