How do I connect w buyer for transfer?

Someone bought my ticket (originally purchased via Getin).

I now need to transfer it to them.

This requires there phone & email.

How do I do this?

There is no PDF. The ticket must be transferred.

This sounds similar to buying from Dice.  Call Stubhub at 866-788-2482 and explain the situation and they should be able to provide the information you need
