Hi guys, first time selling tickets on the platform...
I sold 2 tickets for a concert I could not attend and understood that I would get paid a few days after the event date.
I can imagine that StubHub is holding the money in case the buyer complains they had any issues with the tickets.
How can I make sure that the buyer used the tickets or not, and that they did not issue a failed complaint to get their money back?

Unfortunately there is little you can do to prevent fake claims by buyers. This only happens in a very small percentage of cases. You will be paid even if the buyer never uses the ticket as long as the tickets were sent to the correct email (keep the confirm of transfer email) AND you confirm the transfer in your open sales.
