Payment not received on schedule

On my Stubhub account it says, I will be paid today, but I do not see any pending or payment in my bank. It is a week now from the event. Thanks.

Stubhub pays 5-8 Business days not calendar days after the event.  Once  payment date shows it usually takes a bank 1-2 more days to reflect in your account
