Sales cancellation

I have four tickets for this February 19th match LA Lakers vs Charlotte Hornets and over the past week I've received several messages informing me that the tickets were sold, but few minutes later I received other messages informing me that the sale had been cancelled due to problems related to the buyer's account. What is going on? Can someone help me solve my selling problem?

It's a fraud check. I get them from time to time. I would say most of those orders end up being canceled. Sometimes, they go through but it is frustrating to deal with.
