ticket vendor not listed cannot confirm completed transfer

Sold tickets, but I cannot confirm with stubhub the completed transfer as the ticket vendor is not listed.

Tickets transferred to buyer from the vendor site: carteretpac.showare.com

When I try to confirm the transfer the vendor does not show so I seem unable to confirm I already did indeed transfer the tickets to the buyer.

If you log into your account doe sit show as transferred?  If so take a screen shot.  Go to your Stubhub open sales.  When confirming transfer choose other and then confirm  You may be asked for proof of transfer.  Upload the screenshot.

In the drop down it gives the option to select "other" if your ticket vendor is not present in the list. Then it will give you a blank box to type their name into.

I see this was 2 weeks ago, hopefully you figured that out ...
