I received an email a while back that said I was entitled to a +$500 credit to my Stubhub Account from a legal settlement by Wang et al. v. StubHub Inc.. The credit was never posted and now I want to use it? How can I resolve? Sadly, my calls to Stubhub support have been unfruitful. Has anyone else had an issue getting you credit good until Jan 11, 2026?
Here's the letter I received:
You are receiving this email because you filed a claim in connection with a class action settlement in Wang et al. v. StubHub Inc., No. CGC******** (S.F. Sup. Ct.). Now that the deadline has passed for all steps necessary for the settlement to become final, your claim has been approved and a total of $5**.** in credit toward purchases through StubHub has been added to your account.
Your credit is valid for any purchases you make through StubHub without restriction. You can use it on your next order using the StubHub platform. Once you have selected the tickets that you would like to purchase and you have proceeded to the checkout page, simply make sure that the credit is selected. You will have up to three years from the date of this email (i.e., until January 11, 2026) to use the credits however you wish.
If you have any questions, please contact us.

OK got it resolved with Stubhub customer service. Thanks
I have the same issue. Stubhub notified me of the credit due under the settlement but refused to post it to my account. I was told when I wanted to apply the credit to a ticket purchase I was to call Executive Customer Care (ECC) and provide my case number and then it would be posted to my account. I've been trying to make that happen for 2 days now without any success. After 2 frustrating hours on the phone with customer service, and being disconnected twice while on hold, I've made zero progress. First, no one at ECC will actually take calls from a customer so there is no way for the call center to escalate a call to ECC (as I was told to do). Second, while the call center can view the communication from SubHub authorizing the credit no one has the ability/authority to post the credit. Third, I'm told that I need to wait up to 14 days for a response from the ECC center about my credit - which of course obviates being able to use the credit to but the seats available now. The event will be over and I'll have to start this process all over again to use the credit I'm legally entitled to. This entire process is designed in a way that makes it almost impossible to actually use my credit. Does anyone have a phone number to StubHub's legal department or executive offices so I can escalate this?
