Can't find my purchase anywhere, even on StubHub website, what's next?

Hi there,

My concert date is approaching (Sunday 3rd), I was looking for my email confirmation but I think I have deleted it.Just impossible to get it. I do not have any code to use to see my purchase in the StubHub website. What are my options to this point? I was expecting to maybe receive an event confirmation when the date approaches with a link that would bring me to the ticket but didn't happen, yet 🙂

The only proof I have is my detail payment in my bank account. Thanks for you help!

You should heave received, or should soon receive, a ticket transfer email.  Call Stubhub for help 866-Stubhub
