Don’t trust StubHub
I bought orchestra centre row g tickets to Stereophonic, got the QR code but was told at the theater that the code was invalid. StubHub apologized and said that their policy was that I could have as good or better tickets. With 15 minutes before the play started I couldn’t check the proposed seats, but trusted the agent and agreed to the replacement tickets. I ended up in the last row, so high I couldn’t see the actors at back of the stage. Hardly “as good or better”!
My original tickets were $400. The replacement tickets were $50.
I called StubHub after the play.
