StubHub is absolutely the worst most unhelpful service to buy tickets from.
I bought tickets through StubHub that indicated specific rows and seats and what was delivered were NOT what was purchased. StubHub then proceeded to not rectified the problem that they created and proceeded to tell me that it was now my responsibility to re-sell the tickets and hopefully get the seats that I originally paid them to deliver on.
I spoke with Tricia, and she refused to acknowledge StubHub's mistake in this case.
Please do not use this service.
Save your money from these pirates and buy directly from venues that won't waste your time with their nonsense.
