I purchased tickets to an event. Within minutes of that purchase, I went back to look at the other options I had been looking at before deciding, and BOOM, I had a confirmation that another set of tickets was purchased. I have no idea what I clicked for that to happen. It was not the "get tickets" option I chose when buying the tickets I wanted. I immediately called Stubhub and declined the tickets that were emailed. Stubhub told me that I could try to resell them. The event is tomorrow, and the tickets have yet to be reissued to me. Stubhub said they would contact the seller to have them release them again. I don't know what to do. I would think, under the circumstances, I should have been refunded. The charge is still pending with my credit card company. Any guidance would be appreciated.
