I bought three tickets to the sold out IDLES show in September in Atlanta on 9/15. It looks like they can’t be accessed or printed or anything until 9/15, that day. I want them now. I paid for them. Why can’t I have them now?
In several instances, the venue puts a delivery delay in place until 24-72 hours before the event, thus the seller can not deliver. I cannot guarantee that this is the case for this event but it does happen. We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
