Any advice? We purchased tickets and immediately noticed the seller sent wrong seats, with an obstructed view. Have contacted customer service every day for 3 days only to be told we have to wait for the seller to respond. They assure us we will get our purchased tickets, comparable/better tickets or a refund. But they won’t actually do any of these things. Or let us talk to a manager, or give a timeline for when we can expect a resolution. I’d be happy with any of the solutions listed above but they aren’t coming through with them. What next?
