account locked

Hi,

 

My account has been locked for over a week now and I cannot access it. It was locked before my event start, and I also had a ticket issue before my event. I am not sure what to do and I am on the verge of disputing this with my bank and filing with AAA since nobody has been of help so far. Can someone help me with this?
