customer service and follow up

I have been trying to get tickets for an event in January that I purchased tickets for in October. I've spoken to multiple people, two being supervisors, and two who told me they would follow up personally (Luis said the next day) and the girl whose name I did not write down would call me back in 15 minutes). I've provided proof that I don't have the tickets, I've done everything I've been asked, and nothing.  No follow-up, no tickets re-issued, nothing. I've spent hours on the phone, taking time away from my work...I've read that the Stub Hub moderator on this feed is the only power that seems to get anything done.  PLEASE, PLEASE can you help?? I can give you order number, row and seat numbers provided in email, etc...PLEASE!!??
