Bought a concert ticket for Ado Hibana in Milan. The Ticketing service is Ticketmaster, and when I went to buy on their official site it was noted that the tickets are virtual only, and to be accessed trough the Ticketmaster App, or browser on mobile. The ticket I bought is sold as "Paper ticket" and has a UPS delivery fee of 20$. How will I get my actual ticket if it is virtual? And what exactly am I getting delivered if Paper tickets don't exist for this event?
