Incorrect Event Information

Are you aware of recent changes to an event? Do you see a discrepancy in the event details we have on-site versus the primary?  Let us know about it by commenting below!

To help us address and review the issue as quickly as possible, please make sure to include all of the following details: 

• Event name
• Link to the event on StubHub.com
• Link to the event from the primary ticket provider (other secondary marketplaces will not be accepted)
• What is wrong (date/time, venue, rescheduled/postponed, etc.)
• What is correct (what the primary has)

We will forward all of this information to our events team who will work to verify the discrepancies and update the site!

Due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board so rest assured, we will escalate it as soon as the request has been submitted here. 

*Our events team works in order of event date which can cause delays in resolution but we can assure you they are being worked through as fast as possible. 

Please use the Map Errors on Site board for events with an incorrect map rather than posting your event details on this thread directly.

What is Wrong: Stubhub only lists the option for "2 day event-valid both days-tickets cannot be split by day". Although a 2 day ticket was one of the package options, tickets were also sold for individual days. I have two tickets for the Friday 8/25 show available but no way to post them. Please add this to the site.

NCAA Women's Volleyball Tournament Semifinals and Finals

There are multiple problems for this 2-Day event.

Please refer to Ticketmaster to see the correct dates. The semifinals are on 12/14. The finals are on 12/17.

NHRA US Nationals on August 31 is not being held at Lucas Oil Stadium (home of the Colts). This is an NHRA race and it is being held at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park (a much different venue). I've tried for StubHub to change this for days but no response (as usual).

StubHub has the Coke Zero Sugar 400 on Saturday, August 26, listed as two separate events under different names but they are the same event and one event should be merged with the correct event. The correct event is named: NASCAR Cup Series - Coke Zero Sugar 400. This is the correct name of the race. The incorrect duplicated event is named: 2023 Summer NASCAR Cup Series Reserved Admission. This is in fact the Coke Zero Sugar 400 and should not be listed under this event name.

The seating map for Taylor Swift at Roger's Centre Toronto, November 22, 2024 is different on Stubhub than Ticketmaster.  Ticketmaster only shows that seats are in Section 113, but you must list with a letter subset on Stubhub (ie., I can't list with just Section 113 and must decide if it's 113AL, 113AR, etc.). My ticket doesn't show the letter subsection and I want to be accurate. Please correct your map. Thanks.
