Phish Mondegreen Festival (Dover, DE)
August 15-18, 2024
MAJOR PROBLEMS with listings for the Phish Mondegreen Festival coming up in a couple of weeks, which I’m guessing has a lot of Stubhub traffic given the scale of the event. I’m unable to list my tickets, and even if I could, there are three event IDs for it under different names that need to be merged ASAP.
Here are the three listings for four-day tickets. There also are corresponding duplicate events for each of the single-day tickets for the first two listings:

The first listing (154564015) is correctly associated with Phish as the performer (https://www.stubhub.com/phish-tickets/performer/249). The second two (152951695 and 152902348) are associated with “The Mondegreens,” which is an unrelated band not touring presently.
The first listing (154564015) has only one category, General Admission, with just three unsold offerings presently; it’s missing the three non-GA camping ticket categories (each of which includes a camping pass along with two or more venue tickets) as well as the travel packages, the Foundation Pass that is available daily for VIP access, and the daily and overnight parking passes.
The second listing (152951695) has categories for GA along with two of the three camping ticket options, Glen Close and The Full Monde. It’s missing a category for the Bonus Track camping ticket option, which is what I need to sell. It has the Travel Packages option (but with no way to distinguish among the various packages). It does not have day and overnight parking pass categories or a category for the Foundation Pass. There are 25 offerings under this listing at the moment.
The third listing (152902348), which has nine offerings right now, likewise includes categories for GA, Glen Close, and The Full Monde but is missing a category for the Bonus Track camping ticket option along with the others noted above for the second listing..
One other issue: I see some listings for the Glen Close and Full Monde camping ticket options that appear (based on price) to be for the venue wristband only, not including the camping pass that’s part of the package, but this would not be obvious to someone less familiar with the festival. If you don’t find a way for sellers to distinguish this, Stubhub may have a bunch of irate customers who show up and have no way to enter the campgrounds.
This is a large festival with lots of tickets about to come available as the wait lists now are being fulfilled, and I need to list my Bonus Track tickets, so I encourage Stubhub to attend to these issues right away (plus, these are high-dollar tickets that could generate a lot of revenue for Stubhub).
