Map Errors on Site

If you notice a map is incorrect on our site, please post on this board and include the:

- Event Name

- Event Date

- Link to the event on our site

- A link to a correct map (if you have one)

We will report all issues to our Mapping team but due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board. 

We ask that you refrain from doubling up on requests by posting here and private messaging us if you haven't received a response. 

Rest assured, if it's being posted here, it is being reported right away.

Our mapping team works in order of event date which can cause delays with resolution but we appreciate your patience as we work to get all of these fixes completed right away.

What can I submit?	Map design errors Incorrect text labels on the map itself Listing(s) not mapping or mapping to wrong section No map on site Wrong map on site
What should I NOT submit?	Wrong event name, venue, date, time (Post these here) Missing events on-site (See instructions here) Requests regarding seller comments
Will I get a follow up?	No, all requests are reported automatically.
How are my Requests prioritized?	Requests are algorithmically prioritized by inventory levels, historical sales data and proximity to the event date.

This is true for all Iowa State Men's Basketball Event parking but I am looking at specifically to sell for the Parking Passes Only Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series Iowa Hawkeyes vs. Iowa State Cyclones Men's Basketball on Thursday, Dec. 7th, 2023.  Your parking map is incorrect: Iowa State Cyclones Basketball Tickets - StubHub

Wrong sections listed for all events at BankPlus Amphitheater at Snowden Grove

There are 34 boxes shown on all the maps, but there are a few problems. The boxes are not labeled correctly, and all seats currently on sale in those sections do not exist. We had multiple issues this past year with people showing up thinking they had VIP BOX 25, or something similar, when they actually had seats in section 25.

Please remove the VIP part of the section name, as it is just wrong.

Please limit the row to row 1 only. looking at the shows on sale, multiple rows are listed which is a dead giveaway that the seats being sold there are not actually located inside the box.

At the time of this post, no inventory even exists inside the boxes so all listings are fake.

Ideally, the boxes wouldn't even be listed on the map. the map doesn't show all of the box inventory anyway. Finally, boxes 21-34 aren't even listed in the correct location.
