Map Errors on Site

If you notice a map is incorrect on our site, please post on this board and include the:

- Event Name

- Event Date

- Link to the event on our site

- A link to a correct map (if you have one)

We will report all issues to our Mapping team but due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board. 

We ask that you refrain from doubling up on requests by posting here and private messaging us if you haven't received a response. 

Rest assured, if it's being posted here, it is being reported right away.

Our mapping team works in order of event date which can cause delays with resolution but we appreciate your patience as we work to get all of these fixes completed right away.

What should I NOT submit?	Wrong event name, venue, date, time (Post these here) Missing events on-site (See instructions here) Requests regarding seller comments
Will I get a follow up?	No, all requests are reported automatically.
How are my Requests prioritized?	Requests are algorithmically prioritized by inventory levels, historical sales data and proximity to the event date.

Can the form be evaluated for a more streamline process.  Go sign in our google account, bring up the form, and then copy and paste items such as stubhub listing link and the original event link isn't difficult, however it takes time away from purchasing tickets and fulfilling orders.  Also, time is already allocated to the event request form daily and some of those events never get added.

Lower Section 2 starts on Row G and has a small PIT in front of it.

The map shown on stub hub is not accurate and up-to-date. Parking section 402 previously included two lots. It has now been divided into two distinct lots, 400 and 402. The map has not been updated to reflect this change. So beware of buying tickets in ‘402’.

Willow at the Fonda Theatre on Sunday, Sept 26th has both a GA Floor and an GA Balcony.  Currently you can only list GA available to list.

This is a time-consuming task. You first have to sign in to your Google account, copy and paste links from stubhub and the primary map, detail the issue, etc. If a seller is volunteering his or her time in helping stubhub have correct event info on their site; perhaps stubhub can offer something in return for the time the seller is spending on the form. That's time taken away from purchasing and pricing and listing
