If you notice a map is incorrect on our site, please post on this board and include the:

- Event Name

- Event Date

- Link to the event on our site

- A link to a correct map (if you have one)

We will report all issues to our Mapping team but due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board. 

We ask that you refrain from doubling up on requests by posting here and private messaging us if you haven't received a response. 

Rest assured, if it's being posted here, it is being reported right away.

Our mapping team works in order of event date which can cause delays with resolution but we appreciate your patience as we work to get all of these fixes completed right away.

Will I get a follow up?	No, all requests are reported automatically.
How are my Requests prioritized?	Requests are algorithmically prioritized by inventory levels, historical sales data and proximity to the event date.

The StubHub map for the floor area is incorrect. There is a General Admission Floor section directly in front of the stage and there are only two seated sections on the floor (Floor 1, Floor 2) behind the GA area.

The map there currently shows General Admission only (preventing me from listing my tickets which are in a specific section/row/seat number). The correct map is on your own listings for other events at this same venue, i.e.: https://www.stubhub.com/charley-crockett-omaha-tickets-8-4-2024/event/153240218 and is also located here: https://www.ticketmaster.com/steelhouse-omaha-tickets-omaha/venue/263247?tab=seatingCharts

I did speak to chat help about this but am not sure if that put it into the mapping queue. Also confusing because other tickets are listed for this event that do list section numbers, I'd love to know how they did so as for me GA is the only choice. Thanks so much for help.
