I was unable to use 2 out of 4 tickets purchased for 12/28 Sarah Silvermnan Show at the Masonic in SF. Two tix worked great, but the other 2 had an error message. My wife and I ended up missing the show. The app gave me a "404" error for that set of tickets and the box office did not have tickets registered in our name. I called the next morning to ask for a refund and was rudely told "no refund". Very dissapointed as a long time Stubhub customer. Very horrible customer service and it is clear the company does not care about providing a good experience. I spent my hard earned money for naught at this point. Ruined a great evening in the city.
