Instant Download and not getting paid

Hello, I used the Instant Download many times, but on this occasion I successfully uploaded my tickets, apparently the buyer had issues downloading, so stubhub asked if I could cancel the transfer and transfer directly to the buyer. But Stubhub accepted the tickets so there is nothing I could have done further, Stubhubhas the tickets. Ticketmaster confirmed you can't cancel an accepted transfer.  In the end the buyer got the tickets as Ticketmaster support confirmed that Stubhub received and accepted the tickets and further confirmed the tickets were claimed. Yet Stubhub refuses to pay me since November 2024. I have opened and escalated this issue no less than 20+ times now, all I get is

"We have escalated the issue to the "Relevant Team" but have not heard back form them at this time, Please call back in 3 days" 

I have tried to get managers or higher up stubhub members on the line, but nothing happens and I am still not paid. I  wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same or similar issue I am and if they were able to get it resolved.

It seems you’ve taken all necessary steps, but StubHub has not resolved the issue. Since the tickets were confirmed as delivered and claimed, escalate the matter formally. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or your local consumer protection agency. Also, consider disputing the transaction with your bank or payment provider if StubHub fails to pay. Document all communications with StubHub as proof for further action. You may also post your issue on StubHub’s social media for public attention.

Thanks for the response. I opened a case with the BBB yesterday. I will look at posting to StubHub’ social media as you suggested. Thanks again for your help. Greatly appreciated.

Just wanted to let you know, I received confirmation Monday that the BBB contacted Stubhub and guess what... I just received and Email that Stubhub has issues payment to my default payment method.

Wow, took close to 3 months of nothing but headaches and being treated like crap, then within 3 days of filing a complaint with the BBB payment is made. Hard to understand how people do business.

Anyway thanks again for your help, greatly appreciated.
