Got an email about a month ago. Said that they were charging me for failing to deliver tickets from August 16, 2021. Not a typo, 2021. The only tickets that I ever listed were instant download from my season ticket White Sox account. Apparently, the people who work there do not know the meaning of instant download. I was still able to actually see the listing but now it is apparently has been removed. I complained and they said they would investigate. Couple of days ago said they still wanted me to pay. I am not going to do that. BTW, I am not stupid enough to still have Sox season tickets.
