StubHub has been holding my money for over a month due to “SSN verification issues,” even though I have a valid ITIN number.
I’ve contacted their support team several times, but I keep receiving vague responses with no clear resolution. I’m legally allowed to receive payments in the U.S. with an ITIN, so I don’t understand the reason for this delay.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with StubHub holding their payment due to SSN or ITIN-related problems?
It’s been over 40 days and I still haven’t been paid. Every time I reach out to support, they just send a generic response and make excuses instead of actually solving the issue. Then they disappear without any real update.
This is completely unacceptable. I’m done with this app, and I strongly advise others to stay away — especially if you expect to get paid on time or receive any real support.
I’ve dealt with a similar issue before with Ticketmaster — and even without an SSN, just using my ITIN, they resolved the issue and paid me back promptly. No excuses, no delays.
