I want to sell 2 Oasis tickets, but TM is not allowed to transfer for now. I'm expecting it will be able to transfer 48-72 hrs before the concert. If I'm selling it now, in the restriction section when listing the tickets, should I check the box "Resale not allowed" or not? The buyer should be able to resell it but must wait for me to transfer it, right?
Yes, I understand I have to take the risk of penalty if the tickets are sold on StubHub and TM is never allowed to transfer.
