Is the ticket a PDF or a Mobile ticket?  Either way I'm pretty sure that a flip phone is a no go.  The PDF needs to be emailed as an attachment and a flip phone has no way to connect to an email server to get it.  And a mobile ticket needs to be accessed on the web site (ticketmaster, AXS, etc.) that it was transferred from.    I believe that he will have to find a smart phone to borrow.  And before you ask there probably is not another option, that's just the way the ticket world is now.  But you could call the venue and see if there is a way that they can print out a ticket for him to pick up at Will Call but not sure if that can be done. ... Easy answer first - Stubhub does not do will calls so the ticket can't be picked up at the door.   What kind of ticket is this?  Hard ticket, PDF, mobile??    If it is a hard ticket that the seller needs to mail then the seller has your address to send the ticket to.  I don't know if you can change the address at this point of the sale so call Stubhub or send a message to @TeamStubHub to ask.  If you can't change the mailing address then you are stuck and you will have to hope that the ticket is sent to you in time to resend it to your nephew.   If it is a PDF ticket then you should be able to email him the PDF when you get it.   If it is a mobile ticket then you should be able to transfer the ticket to him from whatever site the ticket is living in.  If the issue is that the seller has not transferred the ticket to you yet then you will need to wait for the ticket transfer, accept it, and then you hsoud be able to transfer the ticket to where you want it to go. ... Well a couple of things here.     First, it is not your responsibility to make sure that the buyer accepts the tickets.  Your responsibility ends at the proper transfer of the tickets and confirming the sale on your sales page.  So keep your documentation that you did that and you should be paid.   Second, Stubhub merged with Viagogo this week and the web site is a mess.  So if the buyer waited to accept the tickets then it is possible that he/she is caught up in the current web site mess.  But that is not your problem as long as you completed the transfer.     ... When you buy an MLB ticket there is always the chance of a postponement because of rain.    You can't do anything through Stubhub because the postponed game was rescheduled and played and the Yankees will not refund because the game was played.  You might call the Yankees box office and see what their rain out policy is.  You might be able to exchange for a different game but every MLB team has its own rainout policy so you have to see what the Yankees policy is. ...
