You may not get all of your money back, it depends on what the secondary market prices are like. If the amount you need to get back is more than what similar tickets are priced at then you will hvae to competitively price them in order to have a chance of them getting sold. There is no guarentee of a sale so if your plan is to sell your tickets and buy other ones then you could end up with extra tickets. What is the delivery date that your confirmation email shows, that is when you can expect to receive the tickets.

@AntiStub If you received incorrect tickets for a venue that you did not purchase then call Stubhub for help 866-Stubhub. If you purchased the wrong venue then that is on you and Stubhub will not refund or exchange those tickets. You will have to resell and buy for the correct venue. @uvitti The normal procedure is that your seller sends tix to you and then you send to your buyer. If you will only have a 3 hour window then call Stubhub for advice maybe they can have your seller send to your buyer. Not sure they will do that but if your seller doesn’t deliver to your buyer then confirm that you will not be responsible for not delivering to your buyer.

Most times ticket transfer gets turned on 24-48 hours in advance. But if for your event ticket transfer is not allowed at all then it is likely that the seller will not be able to transfer the tickets to you.

All your questions can be answered in one way. The seller is obligated to deliver tickets by the date that was on the listing. So if that is after Christmas then no you won’t have them in time for Christmas. And while the seller is supposed to deliver the tickets there is enough complaints on here that it’s possible you will not get them. As for cancellation of the sale you can’t do that. And if you dispute with credit card company while your delivery date has not come yet then you’d probably lose the dispute.

It’s unlikely that your listing will sell that fast, but I suppose you can get a CSR on the phone first. It doesn’t take that long to create a listing so maybe the CSR will hold while you create it.

I think that you have to hope that your buyer returns the tickets. Keep calling Stubhub to ask them to contact the buyer to return the tickets. Maybe as a season ticket holder you can call your ticket rep and see if the tickets can be voided and new ones issued to you. Although if the STH terms for your team prohibits third party resale then you won’t want to tell your rep that you sold on Stubhub.

I've had sales canceled for this reason, however it wasn't that close to the start of the event. You are not going to get Stubhub to do anything for you. Good luck with the AG, I doubt they'll be interested enough to create a case.

The penalty charge has nothing to do with being paid or not. The charge is because you can’t deliver tickets that you sold so Stubhub has to try to replace them.

You can do what you want, but as an NHL season ticket holder myself I would not be happy if I gave somone my tickets and then they turned around and resold them on Stubhub. Some NHL clubs will take away season tickets that are resold on a third party resale site. If you don't want the tickets, then instead of trying to profit from someone's generosity while jeopardizing their season tickets, why don't you give them to someone that might enjoy going to the game.

So it sounds like your buyer declined the ticket transfer? They can’t decide to not accept the tickets in hope of getting a refund. I believe that since you completed your sale then you should still get paid. You need to call Stubhub 866-Stubhub to tell them what happened and give them your documentation that you transferred the tickets.

You bought tickets for Home Game 4, not Game 4 of the series so it won't be at a different stadium. Home Game 4 will be Game 7 of the series. The date of the game does not matter as you have tickets for Home Game 4, not a specific game date. If the game is not played then you will get a refund.

You do not get your buy fees back. However there should be a resell option that you should use to list your tickets. If you use the resell option then you will not be charged a selling fee. Sellers get the email info that is on your account so that is where the tickets are going to get transferred to. You will have to call Stubhub to get some help. You will get an email that your tix sold. Assuming that these are mobile tickets you will need to transfer the tix in your AXS account to the email address of the buyer. Then you go to your Stubhub sales page and confirm the sale, which tells Stubhub that you have completed your sale. You’ll get paid 5-8 business days after the event date.

Were the other 10 tickets PDF instead of Mobile? My guess, which you should confirm with Stubhub, is that you need to accept the Mobile tickets and then list them as Mobile tickets. When they sell you will hvae to transfer the Mobile tickets to the buyer.
