Stubhub’s home office was in San Francisco, but I doubt that is a valid address after they were sold to Viagogo. Not sure why they gave you that address, as far as I know they no longer have an address in San Francisco, same is probably true for Utah. Can you dispute your issue with your credit card company?

I can't tell from your post if your non fulfillment was because you double sold your tickets or you did not deliver to the buyer. Regardless of the reason for the non fulfillment, Stubhub does not forgive an oopsie so you're not going to succeed on disputing the charge.

I had the same issue. Go to the virtual assistant and ask for a live agent. You should get a link that will take you to a live agent. It's open 24/7. They are escalating my case as it hasn't been resolved yet. I'm lucky I still had the email that I got 30 mins before the show that my parking passes had been cancelled. Make sure you take a screenshot if stubhub sends you a request for a refund or get other parking tickets, take a screenshot as they will probably ask you to prove you never used the parking tickets.

Groton Music Hall is a small place and pretty local so not sure how many resale tix there are going to be. Look at Stubhub and maybe a couple of other resale sites to see what prices tix are being listed for and then price them accordingly. If you really need them sold then price them lower than other listings.

The refund emails most likely came from either the venue or original ticket vendor. Stubhub is a 3rd party seller that has its own refund policy. Stubhub refunds only if the event has not been rescheduled. Your only option is to resell the tickets. There should be a resale option on your sales page, be sure to relist using that and you should not have to pay the selling fees. Call for help if needed, 866-Stubhub.

OK so if you mailed physical tickets to the buyer then I hope that you kept proof of that? And not sure if you have to confirm on your sales page that you delivered the tickets, I know with electronic transfers you do. Anyhow, it does seem that Stubhub charged you for not delivering the tickets. Since it sounds like you did then you need to call them to ask why you were charged a non delivery penalty. I'm seeing a lot of complaints like this. The old Stubhub never allowed this to happen where sellers are lisitng parking passes that are not near the venue. The "new" Viagogo Stubhub is like the Wild West of 3rd party ticket sites.

The same thing happened to me and I’ve been fighting with StubHub for over three months. I have gotten mostly, we are escalating this issue, but I have also received a check your bank account. You should get a refund in five days. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and I’m spamming every possible way I can to let people know how awful StubHub is. I don’t know if it’ll help, but it makes me feel better. I’m out $1200.

Getting refunds from Stubhub is tough. They don't refund you until the cancel info is in their system, which for some reason is not a smooth process. You can call to see if they have the cancel info, and good luck with that. 866-Stubhub.

If you purchased from Stubhub then Stubhub needs to do the refund, not the rodeo. When the cancelation info is in Stubhub's system then they should procss the refund, but their customer service is terrible so you might not have a smooth refund process. I see that the concert was already underway before it got canceled so that is an issue that might give you a problem getting Stubhub to acknowledged that the show didn't happen so good luck.

On StubHub.com, I was able to select "Instant Download," and my tickets for March 28 and April 1 appeared in the Ballpark app within seconds. Strangely, the ticket for April 2, which I did not select "Instant Download" for, has still not been transferred to me. However, on StubHub.ie (StubHub International), it seems that "Instant Delivery" is still not an option. I find it interesting that there is a difference between the two platforms.

I am surprised that Ticketmaster would deal with Stub Hub with a policy like that. I know I was on the ticketmaster website--somehow they got purchased through StubHub--You guys are pretty tricky the way you navigate purchases with hidden fees and such---Don't like what's going on and I will never forget it.

I am the same boat with a differnet event happening in Las Vegas, and I live in NY. Just chated with support and they stating my seller has a good rating for fullfiling tickets (not 100%), but I can not take the chance, so I bought additional tickets that can be instantly downloaded, and hoping to sell my original tickets, and if the seller doesn't fufill then Stubhub returns my money. In the future be sure to click on the "Instant Download" option when looking at tickets, so only see tickets that you can be immediatly received, or just use the original ticket provider, if there are plenty of tickets available.

Thank you - tried to escalate this and speak to a supervisor but no go. English was not the first language and the poor girl I was talking to just kept repeating scripted sentences. She told me the person who sold me the tickets *did not* have to meet me, but when I tried to list them, it was mentioned on EVERY step of the sale the the seller had to admit the new buyer into the concert. When asked how this was possible I got no answer, except "the tickets can just be transferred", which is not true.

I don't think that you will get taxes paid reimbursed. You won't get your buyer fees reimbursed, but there should be a resale option on the original sales page which you should use so that you get your seller fees waived.

If your tickets sold and you could not fulfill the sale then Stubhub is very strict about that. You can call them but chances are that you will not get the non fulfillment penalty reversed. 866-Stubhub

Just FYI if you don't use an accountant and do your own taxes then the gross sales on the 1099k probably includes the Stubhub commission you paid. You need to report the gross sales to match your 1099k and then subtract out the Stubhub commission fees and your ticket cost to arrive at the net profit that you need to pay your taxes on. I'm not going to give you tax advice so you will need to research how to report your 1099k info.

Just updating this situation for the benefit of anyone who stumbles onto it while considering buying tickets from Stubhub. I'm not saying this happens with every order, but it is happening with mine. - I placed two orders and received incorrect tickets. One pair was 9 rows back from where they were listed. One pair said "Obstructed view" when the Stubhub listing did not say that. - Stubhub agreed I received incorrect tickets for both orders. They had me transfer both sets to Stubhub. They told me they would send me a link to pick new tickets or get a refund in time for the event. - I called all week and up until 5 minutes before the event. I never received a link for new tickets and I never was refunded. Now, I've been calling Stubhub since the event and now they are telling me they don't know if I will be refunded and they have no information if/when this will be resolved.

I did want to weigh in with the final resolution to my issue, in case it does someone else some good. StubHub did indeed refund every cent of the money I went out of pocket for to get the tickets shipped. I had to call customer service to remind them, after I had received the payment for the tickets themselves, but no shipping reimbursement. The call was brief and I had the additional funds sent to me within a few days. I still think there should be a better process in place for a multi-billion dollar corporation, rather than to put the responsibility on the seller to go out of pocket for shipping, however briefly. In a perfect world, customer service reps should be able to clear the error message I was receiving when trying to print to prepaid label, or be able to email me a backup label in extenuating circumstances like these. The process definitely seems backwards and a bit sketchy. But that said, they did make me whole, right down to the penny.

If the event was rescheduled and not canceled then you are not eligible for a refund. But you should have gotten a better response to your ticket problem than a voucher and reselling the tickets. If you received the wrong tickets then Stubhub should have contacted the seller and/or offered you replacement tickets for the right time.

Same thing has happened to me and others if you google it. They will give you the runaround and not resolve the problem. Everyone bought non-expiring / no fee gift cards and they should still be valid. If your state has a department of consumer protection you can escalate the issue there. Don't give up.

The seller sent you tickets. Stubhub facilitated the sale. IF you could not go you could have always put the tickets back up for sale on Stubhub.

FYI VIP benefits do not transfer to the buyer. It could be that with the concert tomorrow it is too close to the event date to list the tickets. I think that listings drop off within 48 hours of the event date.

You may not get all of your money back, it depends on what the secondary market prices are like. If the amount you need to get back is more than what similar tickets are priced at then you will hvae to competitively price them in order to have a chance of them getting sold. There is no guarentee of a sale so if your plan is to sell your tickets and buy other ones then you could end up with extra tickets. What is the delivery date that your confirmation email shows, that is when you can expect to receive the tickets.
