You can try calling their customer service line, but most likely they will tell you the case is "escalated", never call or email you back, and keep your money.
I am having same issue. Can't find where I can reach someone from stubhub. I was told Id be getting an email about my case and I am still waiting for that email which apparently isn't coming. I was took for over $700. Never received my tickets or never received any emails about transferring the tickets. All I kept getting told is that my tickets should be arriving. I missed the event because I didnt get tickets. Seems to be nobody can help on this matter. Very frustrating
