Concert never changed from postponed

Hi, my Partynextdoor concert that was supposed to be on July 9 was cancelled a couple days before. The status of the concert is still “postponed” and hasn’t changed to rescheduled or cancelled so I cannot get my money back. I was told it usually takes a month but it’s been a while now. How long should I be expecting to wait? Thanks !

It's hard to say how long it will take.  It depends on when the official event organizer changes it to "canceled" as opposed to postponed.  Could be months.
