Stubhub Scammed me and don't want to refund me!!

I bought soccer tickets in November 2024, for a match in Turkish super lig between Fenerbahce vs Göztepe in January 2025.

I went all the way to Istanbul from Liverpool UK.
I been told to show my passport to the ticket office/box and my ticket would be ready to collect. They were not valid.

There was absolutely NO ticket whatsoever. I paid more than £200 for two tickets and never seen them.

I been chasing and and asking them to refund me...but they refusing to refund me, Because they are claiming that I didn't keep and touch with them before the event for this matter. Which is a total LIE.

We did contacted them, and they didn't come back to us untill after the game kicked off. And they claiming that we never called or speak to them, as if they were gonna magically create one under our names just before the kick off.

ABSOLUTELY SCAM, IT HURTS TO BE TREATED LIKE AN IDIOT!

This just happened to us last week!!!!!!! I am so pis$ed off.  First you can't get anyone who speaks English, they had us going in circles, making me take screen shots of what kept showing up as we tried to accept tickets.  I was the phone with them till 1 a.m. then the next day till 3:30 p.m.  We never did get the tickets; they did admit that they could not get the seller to send tickets, and it was a scam AND they told us we will get a full refund.  WE HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND YET!!!!  Total bull$hit
