Tickets Delivering Day Of Event

I'm a US citizen and I just purchased Gracie Abrams tickets for February 27th in Paris. I put my US address in for the shipping method, but I'll be in Paris on the day it's expected to be delivered. I was wondering if I'm able to receive an e-ticket or change it over to picking up the ticket at the venue?

What type of ticket did you buy?  If you think it is being mailed to you then it is probably a physical ticket and the seller probably does not have an eticket to send.  You can try calling Stubhub at 866-788-2482 and see if it is possible to get an eticket.

Thank you! I'll give them a call and see if that's possible. 

It's says it's a paper ticket. I didn't realize the ticket would be sent the day of. My fault for not doing more research. 

If I still run into issues, does anyone know if it's possible to cancel the purchase and get a full refund? I just purchased them today.

try having the seller take a picture of the ticket. barcode always works when I take a picture of my physical ticket.

Picture of the ticket may not be good advice if the venue does not accept pictures of the barcode on the phone.
