Confirmed and delivered sale but Stubhub asked me to send tickets to a different buyer email?

I sold tickets for Taylor Swift last year and delivered them successfully to the buyer. I have proof that the buyer accepted the tickets at the same email address he used for the Stubhub sale. Why is Stubhub now contacting me and asking me to resend the tickets to a different email address? This makes no sense and I don’t want to be penalized. I completed the sale and have received confirmation from Stubhub 8 months ago. So why this update now?

Call 866-Stubhub.  Tell them that since the buyer accepted your transfer you no longer have access to the tickets to resend them.
