I sold tickets for Taylor Swift last year and delivered them successfully to the buyer. I have proof that the buyer accepted the tickets at the same email address he used for the Stubhub sale. Why is Stubhub now contacting me and asking me to resend the tickets to a different email address? This makes no sense and I don’t want to be penalized. I completed the sale and have received confirmation from Stubhub 8 months ago. So why this update now?
