New to site and need to sale tickets I can't use

I purchased 2 side by side seat tickets for Matt Rife Show in Houston Tx on March 9,2025. Now I can't go and need to at least make the money back that I spent. How do I do that and is it guaranteed that someone will purchase the tickets or will I end up losing my money. They won't return it and they also charged me $49.90 extra which I knew nothing about when I purchased the tickets. So I have to make that back also because need to fix car and really need the money I spent on these tickets

There are no guarantees you will sell your tickets or that you won’t lose money. If you list the ticket from your order Stubhub will generally waive the sellers fee. If you price in line or cheaper than other seats in your section they will generally sell
