Sales Tax Reimbursement

I am relisting tickets for an event the location changed the date on we can no longer attend. I disagree with not being reimbursed the service fees but I can get over that.

Why are we not reimbursed for tax paid on the original purchase? In any purchase transaction (online or in person) in any state or online, taxes are reimbursed. The virtual chat states the SH fees policy doesn’t specifically address taxes. It needs to. I want confirmation taxes paid will also be reimbursed when my tickets sell.

I don't think that you will get taxes paid reimbursed.  You won't get your buyer fees reimbursed, but there should be a resale option on the original sales page which you should use so that you get your seller fees waived.
