Bought tickets for a concert that is not allowing ticket transfers. Will I still get my tickets?

A couple months ago I bought 4 tickets to the Billie Eilish concert on StubHub. I’m just now reading from multiple sources online, including Billie Eilish’s Twitter account that the tickets for this concert will NOT be eligible for transfer (except for certain states, not including mine). Here is what Billie Eilish posted to her twitter: “Please do not purchase them from 3rd party resellers - they have no tickets to sell”. With the concert only a couple of weeks away, I’m getting really worried as I spent well more than face value for these tickets. My question is - how or will I get my tickets that I purchased for a concert that has turned ticket transfer off?

Most times ticket transfer gets turned on 24-48 hours in advance. But if for your event ticket transfer is not allowed at all then it is likely that the seller will not be able to transfer the tickets to you.
