Bought tix to a show in Austailis when we were visiting from Canada. The show was postponed. Now it has been completely canceled. I emailed the venue directly and they told me that the original purchaser was fully refunded for the tickets. Which means they got my money and they got their money back. I do not have a credit in my account and never got an email telling me the event was canceled. HELP $700 down the drain.
