Emails To Customer Service Not Being Responded To

Is anyone else getting ignored by Stub Hub Customer Service? I had an issue. I emailed them on 9/22 and again on 9/28.

I am still waiting to receive a response.

It's disheartening that I did not receive an acknowledgment that the email was received. A simple confirmation would have eased my concerns.

Yes I'm having issues also about a event that's coming in nov... and I lost all info order ID.. and emails. (Which I have it set to deleted everything every 2 weeks) the response i get from custome service is not cool.

You will usually not get a reply to an email.  Call 866-Stubhub
