Is anyone else getting ignored by Stub Hub Customer Service? I had an issue. I emailed them on 9/22 and again on 9/28.
I am still waiting to receive a response.
It's disheartening that I did not receive an acknowledgment that the email was received. A simple confirmation would have eased my concerns.
