I have bought 2 tickets to the NBA on 12/31, I was told the tickets will be transferred by 12/24 and have recieved nothing. Stubhub said they will send replacement ticket options on live chat but I have recieved nothing from them. I have travelled from AUSTRALIA for this game and Stubhub are going to disappoint me and fail me with these tickets. Super disappointing. Just hoping to get a response from them and solve the issue before the game
