Hi,
I've been waiting for a refund of $531.75 since November 13th. The email (screenshot attached below) says I would be getting the refund within 5-8 business days. It's been 16 business days with Thanksgiving holiday excluded.
I called Stubhub numerous times and all I get from the customer representative is that the case has been escalated and I will hear back soon. It's been 16 business days.
Can I please, please get some sort of response as to where my refund is?
