Order was supposed to be refunded but hasn't been

I have an order that was supposed to be refunded.  I called Stubhub about it today and the phone support told me it was refunded on October 14th.  I didn't think it had actually been refunded.  Both because I never got a confirmation email from Stubhub, and also because I always see refunds from SH on my credit card quickly after they are processed.  

 

I called my bank WITH the Stubhub guy on the phone and they confirmed I was never refunded.  But he was still not able to help.  It is so difficult now to get a refund or do anything that requires Stubhub support.  It truly is a nightmare for your customers.  I've been on the phone with you guys about this order for a minimum of 2 hours already over the last few days.  


Can I get this refunded immediately?  The event was over 3 months ago.

@TeamStubHubI need help with this.  This is literally the second order of invalid tickets where Stubhub refuses to refund and is attempting to steal my money.


This is fraud unless you refund this immediately.  I am so sick of this.

 

Anyone reading:

DO NOT EVER BUY TICKETS ON STUBHUB.  Their new policy for issues is to esclaate the case indefinitely until the buyer gets sick of calling, waiting on hold for 45 minutes each time, and then they can keep the money.

 

I used to have a lot of respect for Stubhub as a company.  But they have turned into thieves.  This site is fraud.
