Map Errors on Site

If you notice a map is incorrect on our site, please post on this board and include the:

- Event Name

- Event Date

- Link to the event on our site

- A link to a correct map (if you have one)

We will report all issues to our Mapping team but due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board. 

We ask that you refrain from doubling up on requests by posting here and private messaging us if you haven't received a response. 

Rest assured, if it's being posted here, it is being reported right away.

Our mapping team works in order of event date which can cause delays with resolution but we appreciate your patience as we work to get all of these fixes completed right away.

Honda Center Parking Lot

The Honda Center in California is the home of the NHL team, the Anaheim Ducks. The venue is undergoing a 4-billion-dollar plan that will be a revolutionary planned community that includes new live entertainment venues, retail, dining, and shared public amenities.

The parking lots have changed names; some have been removed to start construction, and others have been added. Please make this critical change.  

The most significant changes will be the ones that the season ticket holders use because those have a completely new area. The Gold Lot is the closest, with reserved parking for suite ticket holders and limited preferred parking sold at $44. The next closest is Plum Lot, reserved for Premium Club Level Season Ticket Holders. The Orange Lot is for pre-sold season ticket parking. The remaining four parking areas are the Red Lot, JT Schmid's Lot, Artic Lot A, and Douglass Corp Lot.

Parking Lot 3 is no longer available, and the Plum Lot is slightly above it, and the bottom of Plum Lot is even with the bottom of the Red Lot (lot 4). The Artic Lot is below JT Schmidt's Lot. Add the new names, which will make it much better without confusion. The Plum Lot is a new Premium/Preferred Lot for eventPlease add these names to your map ticket holders and many people have these parking passes to concerts that they need to sell.

I am aware that the rogers centre is undergoing renovations over the next year, so maybe that's the issue? But your map and the Rogers centre map aren't the same.
I got my tickets for Taylor Swift, Nov 21, section 140, row 34, seats 7-10.
This does not exist on Stub Hub. The closest comparable section on Stub hub is 130CL, but it doesn't have a row 34.

Please advise. How can I sell???
