Map Errors on Site

If you notice a map is incorrect on our site, please post on this board and include the:

- Event Name

- Event Date

- Link to the event on our site

- A link to a correct map (if you have one)

We will report all issues to our Mapping team but due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board. 

We ask that you refrain from doubling up on requests by posting here and private messaging us if you haven't received a response. 

Rest assured, if it's being posted here, it is being reported right away.

Our mapping team works in order of event date which can cause delays with resolution but we appreciate your patience as we work to get all of these fixes completed right away.

What should I NOT submit?	Wrong event name, venue, date, time (Post these here) Missing events on-site (See instructions here) Requests regarding seller comments
Will I get a follow up?	No, all requests are reported automatically.
How are my Requests prioritized?	Requests are algorithmically prioritized by inventory levels, historical sales data and proximity to the event date.

The map for all Cal Bears Basketball events at Haas Pavilion in Berkeley (like https://www.stubhub.com/cal-bears-basketball-berkeley-tickets-11-16-2023/event/152229629/) will cause lots of buyer confusion.  Unlike past years where sellers could distinguish chairback and premium bench seating sections in the map location, each section number currently reflects the entire arena from floor seats to the last row under one section number, no "levels."  This also means sections like 23, and 15-17 (17 should be mirroring section 15) appear to include the restricted Student Sections.

Can someone please just use the 2022 map to fix this? 

Frankly, the venue hasn't changed for many years but each year the StubHub map changes.  This official info is all still accurate: https://calbears.com/sports/2014/4/15/209272819.aspx

Info: The SAP Center recently opened a new section in the arena called the Premium Penthouse Lounge. This lounge is sub-divided into multiple sections, each with ticket numbered seats. The map on Stubhub needs to have these sections added, and the listing options need to have the PL1-PL9 sections available to select. I'd really like to be able to list these on Stubhub, Ticketmaster already has the new lounge seats supported.

Parking lots R and S show up in the map view for the US Grand Prix in Austin Texas but are not available on the the pulldown menu as listing locations. Trying to see tickets for lot-R 

On the map, lot R is in the extreme right  (as is S)
