I've been accused once of selling tickets that we no good, but I was able to get a scan report from the venue proving otherwise. I'm curious why Stubhub isn't asking for that as opposed to proof of delivery?
I am in similar situation, although not necessarily a buyer scam. Have any of you been successful in resolving your dispute? There was an issue with my tickets and StubHub told me several times "do not worry you will be paid." But the buyer requested a refund and I cannot get paid or any update from StubHub. I have called, written emails, DM'd customer service on X/Twitter, and keep getting the runaround.
Has anyone found anything that works? The lack of customer service is appalling, and is starting to feel a bit fraudulent. I am a long time customer/seller, I have hundreds of sales and never had this issue.
